In step 1, you can select the setup mode:

Simple:

Select this mode if you are unfamiliar with Windows and/or only use the computer occasionally.

Standard:

Select standard configuration in the event of regular/daily use.

Professionals, Programmers, Developers:

This activates all options and make advanced settings available, especially for programmers and developers.
